This menu allows the operator to synchronize the MPR-e. As described in Synchronization:
7705 SAR and MPR-e Single NE, when MPR-e is in Single NE mode with 7705 SAR,
synchronization is self detected and configured. Consequently, this menu is not available in
Single NE mode with 7705 SAR.
