MPT-XP connectivity (co-channel XPIC configuration)
In this configuration, the MPT-XP units must be installed on the OMT that is directly
connected to the antenna. The two MPT-XP units must be connected to the Indoor Section as
explained in paragraph MPT-XP connectivity (1+0 configuration).
The two MPT-XP units must also be interconnected through two terminated cables (XPIC
and RPS cables) as shown in Figure 28.
Note: The extra length of the RPS and XPIC cables must be bound by using tie-wraps,
either on the pole or on the other cables coming from the ODUs.
