7.5 Outline of Displayed Screen
7.5.7 Serial Number and Cal Factor Input (100 MHz Calibration Factor
Data Input) Screen
The 100 MHz Calibration Factor Data Input Screen shown in Fig. 7-7 appears when
the prior calibration of the signal generator is selected for reference level accuracy of
the spectrum analyzer function.
The following section describes the name and gives a brief summary of the function of
each control effective on this screen.
[1] Serial Number (Serial number input field)
Entry of the serial number of a power sensor to be used for a measurement displays the
registered information in items [2] to [5] if already registered data are available, or displays
the current date and time in items [2] and [3] if no relevant data are available. In the latter
case, item [4] Reference Cal Factor switches into the standby state for data entry.
[2] Making Date (Data creation date display field)
Displays the date of data registration if data for the serial number inputted in item [1]
are available, or displays the current date if no relevant data are available.

[3] Making Time (Data creation time display field)
Displays the time of data registration if data for the serial number inputted in item [1]
are available, or displays the current time if no relevant data are available.
[4] Reference Cal Factor (Reference calibration factor display and input field)
Displays the registered data if data for the serial number inputted in item [1] are avail-
able. Changes can be made by direct key input.
[5] 100 MHz Cal Factor (100 MHz calibration factor display and input field)
Displays the registered data if data for the serial number inputted in item [1] are avail-
able. Changes can be made by direct key input as in item [4].
[6] OK button Selection of this item displays a message prompting the confirmation of whether the
data is to be saved if changes to information were made, and resumes the measurement.
If no items have been set, an error message is displayed. See paragraph 7.6.4 Setting
Reference and 100 MHz Calibration Factor for more information.
