6.5 Software Summary
This program is designed to continuously measure correction items of the DUT se-
lected by the user and store the measured results to a specified file. See the following
chapters for the list of correction items and the connection diagram of each measure-
ment system.
6.5.1 Correction Items List
This program lists different measurement items, depending on the DUT selected on the
menu screen. The table below shows the list of measurement items for each DUT
model as well as the file names for correction value output.
