Use the Hunt Group Busy buttons on the Features screen to manage the calls from a particular 3

1. To stop receiving calls from a particular hunt group, press the corresponding Hunt Group 6
Busy button.7
2. To turn off the Hunt Group Busy feature for a particular hunt group and start receiving calls, 8
press the corresponding Hunt Group Busy button.9

Use this procedure to announce a person person who is active on a call on another extension. 12
The person who is paged can only hear the announcement.13
Before you begin14
Ensure that the administrator enabled the whisper feature and feature target selection on your 15
phone.16
Procedure17
1. Press the Main menu and scroll to Features.18
2. Press Select.19
3. Scroll to Whisper page and press Select.20
You can see the Select a destination dialogue box.21
4. Enter the number using one of the following methods:22
• Press the Dial soft key to use the dialpad and manually enter the number.23
• Press the Contacts, Recents or Phone button to select the number from the list.24
• Press the Browser soft key to select the destination number from the browser 25
application.26
• Press the Autodial, Busy indicator or Team line key to select the number as 27
destination target.28
The whisper feature is activated.29
5. (Optional) To cancel the feature, press the Cancel soft key.30
6. Press Enter to activate the feature in case of manual dialling.31
7. Deliver the message when your call is received.32
