Use this procedure to put a conference participant on hold, while other participants continue the 5

1. Press Hold soft key during a conference call.8
2. Do one of the following:9
• Press Resume.10
• Select the call appearance to resume the conference call.11

About this task14
Depending on the configuration made by your administrator, you can disconnect the last 15
participant who joined the conference call. After you disconnect the last participant, you cannot 16
disconnect other participants. You can disconnect a participant again after you add another 17
participant to the conference call.18
Before you begin19
Ensure that your administrator enables the feature.20
Procedure21
1. From the phone screen, select your active conference call.22
You will see the More soft key.23
2. Press More > Drop when the conference is active.24
Result25
The participant who was added last gets disconnected from the conference.26
