Use this procedure to add a number to your Contacts list from your call history.3

1. Press Recents.5
2. Scroll to the required number and press +Contact.6
3. In the First name and Last name fields, type the relevant information.7
The phone assigns the extension number to Last name. You can remove the extension 8
number from this field and add other information.9
4. Press Save.10

• My Exchange: exchange integration, My contacts15
• Global Exchange: exchange integration, global contacts16
• System contacts: Avaya Aura contacts17
• LDAP: LDAP directory18
Procedure19
1. Press Contacts.20
2. (Optional) To navigate through Main menu, do the following:21
a. Scroll to Applications and press Select.22
b. Scroll to Contacts and press Select.23
3. Press Search > More > Sources.24
4. In Contact sources, press Toggle for the required directory.25
5. Press Save.26
6. Use the dial pad to enter the name, and press Search.27
7. (Optional) To add the contact to the local Contacts list, press +Contact.28
