1. Press Main Menu.2
2. Scroll to Applications and press Select.3
3. Scroll to My Presence and press Select.4
4. (Optional) Scroll to Automatic.5
5. Scroll and press Select to choose one of the following:6
• Available: To show you are available for communication.7
• Busy: To show you are busy.8
• Away: To show you are away from the phone.9
• Do not Disturb: To show you are not available for communication.10
• Out of Office: To show you are out of office.11
• Offline: To appear offline to other users. However, your phone continues an active 12
presence subscription with the Presence Server. The phone receives notifications for the 13
contacts for whom you have subscribed to watch.14
6. Press Save.15

About this task19
When your Presence status is set to Do not disturb, the incoming calls are redirected to the voice 20
mail. Use this procedure to define the link between the Send All Calls feature and the presence 21
status Do not disturb. Depending on the settings made by your administrator, the phone screen 22
displays the feature menu options.23
