Shared control13
With the Shared Control feature, you can operate phones from the Avaya Workplace Client and 14
use high-quality audio of the phone. All the Avaya J100 Series IP Phones models support the 15
Shared control feature.16
Ensure that your phone is registered with Avaya Aura
®
to establish a shared control connection. 17
When you log in to your phone and Avaya Workplace Client in the shared control mode, 18
you can control the phone through Avaya Workplace Client. You might not establish a shared 19
control session if multiple devices are registered to the same user, depending on the client 20
implementation.21
Your system administrator activates the Shared Control feature and configures it on Avaya 22
Workplace Client.23
