Do not disturb3
You can use the Do not disturb feature to avoid audio notifications for all direct incoming calls. 4
The phone redirects these incoming calls to a predefined coverage number that your system 5
administrator sets. The feature is also referred to as Send all calls. If required, contact your 6
administrator to name this feature on your phone as Send all calls.7
When the Do not disturb feature is active, you can still receive the incoming calls from the 8
following active features:9
• Automatic Callback10
• Priority Call11
• Call forward12

You can activate the Do not disturb feature to prevent the phone from ringing when you get a call. 17
The phone redirects the direct incoming calls to a predefined coverage number that your system 18
administrator sets.19
In the IP Office environment, this feature is supported using short code dialing. Contact your 20
system administrator for the list of short codes.21
Before you begin22
Your system administrator must activate the feature for your extension.23
Procedure24
1. Press Main menu > Features.25
2. Use the Down Arrow key to go to the Do not disturb screen.26
3. Select Do not disturb to activate or deactivate the feature.27
