The phone puts the first call on hold and moves to the second call.2

With the Call Pickup feature, you can answer an incoming call on behalf of a pickup group 4
member. The administrator must add you to a Call Pickup group extension so that you can redirect 5
an incoming call of your group member to your phone. When Call Pickup feature is active on your 6
phone displays the incoming call of your group member on a call appearance line.7

1. Press the Main menu and scroll to Features.20
2. Press Select.21
3. Scroll to Call Pickup and press Select.22
4. To answer a call, do one of the following:23
• Lift the handset.24
• Press Answer.25
