6. When Network mode displays Wi-Fi, the following lines are shown on the Phone screen:1
• SSID: The name of the Wi-Fi network that the phone is either currently connected to, or 2
will attempt to connect to if you start the connection process.3
• Wi-Fi network: Scroll to this line and press Select to view the list of Wi-Fi networks.4
7. After selecting the network mode, press Save.5
8. When you switch Network mode from Ethernet to Wi-Fi, see Connecting to a Wi-Fi 6
network section.7
9. When you switch Network mode from Wi-Fi to Ethernet, press Save.8
10. When the phone prompts for permission to restart, press OK.9

Setting the network configuration11

To set the network configuration to Auto or Manual. You do not need to perform this procedure if 13
your phone is configured to connect to Ethernet or a specific Wi-Fi network.14
When network configuration is Auto, every time the phone restarts, it will connect to the pre-15
configured network that your administrator has set up.16
When network configuration is Manual, every time the phone restarts, it will connect to the network 17
that you manually configured by Setting the network mode on page 25 or Connecting to a Wi-Fi 18
network on page 27, irrespective of the pre-configured network that your administrator has set 19
up.20
Note:
Any time you manually change the connected network, the phone will automatically set 21
Network config to Manual.22

1. Press Main Menu.24
2. Scroll to Settings and press Select.25
3. Scroll to Network and press Select.26
4. Scroll to Network config.27
The Network configuration shows following two options:28
• Auto: To automatically connect a network.29
• Manual: To manually connect to a network.30
