Ensure that the administrator enabled the feature invocation target selection.2
Procedure3
1. Press the Main menu. 4
2. Scroll to Features and press Select.5
3. Scroll down to Priority Call, press OK, or press the corresponding line button.6
You can see the Select a destination dialogue box.7
4. Do one of the following to enter the number you want to set as a priority:8
• Press the Dial soft key to use the dialpad and manually enter the number.9
• Press Contacts, Recents or Phone button to select the number from the list.10
• Press the Browser soft key to select the destination number from the browser 11
application.12
• Press the Autodial, Busy indicator or Team line key to select the number as 13
destination target.14
The Priority feature is activated.15
5. Press Enter or OK to activate the feature in case of manual dialling.16
6. (Optional) To cancel the priority call, press the Cancel soft key.17

Precedence call20
You can override other calls by making a priority call with precedence. You can manually dial the 21
extension number or select the extension from Contacts or Recents. The precedence level is 22
valid for only one call session. The call precedence levels are:23
• FO: Flash Override. Highest precedence.24
• FL: Flash.25
• IM: Immediate.26
• PR: Priority.27
• Routine: Lowest precedence. Routine is highlighted on the call session line if no call is made 28
within five minutes.29
You can start a precedence call from Bridged Appearance, but not from the Team button.30
