Call Transfer1
With the Call Transfer feature, you can transfer your call to another destination number.2
The types of Call Transfer are:3
• Consultative transfer: Transferring a call by connecting a call with the transfer recipient.4
• Blind transfer: Transferring a call without connecting a call with the transfer recipient.5

Procedure9
1. While on an active call, press Transfer soft key.10
The phone displays the Select a destination dialogue box.11
The first call is placed on hold.12
2. Do one of the following and then press the Call soft key :13
• Dial the number to transfer the call.14
• Search for the number in Contacts or Recents.15
• Press the Team line key to transfer the call to the configured team button.16
You must configure the team button to use as your target selection.17
3. To initiate a consultative transfer, press Talk.18
The call transfer recipient’s phone starts ringing.19
4. Do one of the following:20
• Press Complete after the recipient answers the call.21
The call transfer is complete. This is also called attended transfer.22
• Press Complete after the recipient’s number starts ringing.23
The call transfer is complete. This is also called unattended transfer.24
