When using features such as Call Forward, Call Forward-Busy, Call Forward-No Answer, Priority, 3
CPN Block, and CPN Unblock, you get an option to enter the destination number. Instead of 4
manually entering the number, use this procedure to select the destination number using contacts, 5
recents or phone button.6
Before you begin7
Ensure feature target selection is enabled by your administrator.8
Procedure9
1. Press Main Menu and scroll to Features.10
2. Press Select.11
3. Scroll to see the features that are configured for your extension.12
4. Activate the feature from the Feature screen.13
For features that require to enter the destination number, you can see the Select a 14
destination dialogue box.15
5. Select the destination number using one of the following target selections:16
• Press the Dial soft key to use the dialpad and manually enter the number.17
• Press Contacts, Recents or Phone button to select the number from the list.18
• Press the Browser soft key to select the destination number from the browser 19
application.20
• Press the Autodial, Busy indicator or Team line key to select the number as 21
destination target.22
You can make the destination selection using the feature screen, phone main and 23
secondary display.24
6. To cancel the destination dialogue box, press the Cancel softkey.25
