With the Calendar feature, you can access the Microsoft
®
Exchange Server calendar on your 3
phone. You can also view and set a reminder for meetings or appointments.4
When Exchange Calendar is active, appointments are displayed in the order of their start times 5
and are removed once the meeting time expires. Calendar information is updated whenever you 6
log in to your phone, change calendar settings, or access the Calendar.7

Ensure that your administrator has activated Exchange credentials on your phone.12

1. Press Main Menu.14
2. Scroll to Applications and press Select.15
3. Scroll down to Calendar and press Select.16
