About this task3
Use this procedure to answer a call. When you receive a call, the phone does the following:4
Generates audio-visual alerts.5
Displays the caller’s name or number.6
Note:
When the Incoming call pop-up window is displayed, the only visual alert is the flashing 7
beacon LED. If you press Ignore, both the beacon LED and line key LED start flashing.8
Procedure9
Do one of the following:10
Lift the handset.11
Press Speaker.12
Press OK button.13
Press the Answer soft key.14
Press Headset.15
You cannot answer Call Park calls using the Bluetooth headset. The headset does not play an 16
alert tone for these calls.17

You can receive a call on a secondary call appearance only if the call appearance is free.20
