Ensure that the monitored phone to which you make the call is in an idle state.2

1. Press the Main menu and scroll to Features.4
2. Press Select.5
3. Scroll to choose the monitored phone that you want to call.6
4. Press Select twice.7
The phone makes a call to the monitored extension.8

1. Press the Main menu and scroll to Features.17
2. Press Select.18
3. Scroll to choose the monitored phone to which you want to transfer the active call and 19
press Select.20
The system puts the active call on hold and rings the monitored phone.21
4. To complete the transfer, perform one of the following actions:22
Press the Complete soft key.23
On-hook the handset.24
Press the Speaker button.25
Press the Now soft key.26
Press the Talk soft key.27
