Ensure the following:2
• If the configured shortcut is a BLF key, the required user is idle.3
• The administrator has set the shortcut action for the key as conference call. Contact your 4
system administrator for more details.5
Procedure6
1. While on an active call, depending on the configuration, do one of the following on the 7
Phone screen:8
• Press the Autodial or Contact line key.9
• Scroll to the required Autodial line or contact and press Conf.10
The phone puts the existing call on hold.11
2. When the user answers the call, press Join.12
Automatic Callback13
With the Automatic Callback feature, you receive a notification call to connect with the available 14
extension number that was previously busy, unanswered, on another call, or out of coverage.15

Use this procedure to get a notification call when the previously unanswered extension becomes 18
available. You must use this feature only when a call is unanswered.19

1. Press the Main menu and scroll to Features.23
2. Press Select.24
3. Scroll to Automatic Callback and press Select.25
When you end the callback call, the phone deactivates the feature automatically.26
