You can integrate your phone with Microsoft

Exchange account by using the Basic authentication 5
method. Your system administrator provides you access to enter your Microsoft
®
Exchange 6
credentials on your phone. Depending on the settings made by your administrator, the phone 7
screen displays the options to enter the details.8
Before you begin9
Ensure that you have valid exchange credentials.10
Procedure11
1. Press Main Menu.12
2. Scroll to Settings and press Select.13
3. Scroll to Applications and press Select.14
4. Scroll to Exchange credentials and press Select.15
5. (Optional) Press Toggle to select the required authentication method.16
6. Do the following for the Basic authentication method:17
• Enter Exchange username.18
• Enter Exchange password.19
• Enter Exchange domain.20
• Press Toggle to select the Name/Password Prompt.21
If you select Name/Password Prompt, the phone prompts for username and password 22
every time you access the Calendar application.23
7. Press Save.24
