1. Navigate to Settings > Audio > Headset selection.4
2. Toggle to the headset you want to select.5

• Ensure that you are on a call and the caller’s audio level is at 50%.11
• Adjust the microphone position as recommended by your headset vendor.12

1. Press Main Menu.14
2. Scroll to Settings and press Select.15
3. Scroll to Audio settings and press Select.16
4. Scroll to Headset mic level and press Select.17
5. Press one of the following:18
• Right arrow key: To increase the gain level.19
• Left arrow key: To decrease the gain level.20
6. (Optional) To set the default gain level, press Default.21
