Operation via Display and Keypad
If the Audio connection is synchronised the correspondending Audio coding
algorithm is displayed for each channel:

By pressing the softkey
Audio
you reach the options for the Audio sources(see
CHAPTER 5.3.4) via which all Audio signals can be selected.
With the use of the softkey

the displayed phone number can be stored
and it is also possible to directly switch into the phone book.
5.2.4 Dropping a connection
The connection is dropped by pressing the telephone receiver button . If
no further connection exists the main menu is displayed after a few seconds
.
5.2.5 Accepting a call
If the MAGIC DC7/AC1 XIP receives a call, it is automatically signaled in the
status window by
Call
. The phone number will be displayed in the upper line
when it is transmitted. When a phone book entry exists instead of the phone
number the name will be displayed.
The call can be directly accepted with the telephone receiver button .
If you want to reject the call, please press the following telephone receiver
button .

Before dropping one connection please make sure that you have chosen the
right channel.

Additionally, a system ringing tone can be enabled.
