Maximum diameter of fastener in the interior of the mounting hole: 6 mm (0.24 in). Only
mount sensor with a washer (Ø 10 mm (0.39 in) or with an adequate fastener head diame-
ter. The maximum permissible pressure at the mounting flange may not exceed 20 N/mm
2
(0.0029 psi).
