The Microscope configurator displays the
parameters of the electron microscope.
Magnification: Image magnification set on the electron
microscope.
High voltage: Acceleration voltage set on the electron
microscope.
WD (working distance): Sample – pole piece distance
[mm].
Stage X, Y, Z: Microscope stage position coordinates are
displayed, if available
The parameter to be displayed can be set by the user
by clicking with the right mouse key on the displayed
value in the configurator and selecting the desired
parameter in the Select entry menu.
When clicking on the icon in the bottom le
corner of the Microscope configurator,

ESPRIT is active, the microscope parameters
