The device does not print
clearly.
The printing is
misaligned.
The printing is missing or
blurred.
Is the attachment or label
cassette loaded correctly?
Remove the attachment or
label cassette, and reload it.

Is the tube or plate twisted or
warped?
Correct any twists or warps
before loading.

If the end of the tube or plate
is bent due to winding or other
reasons, straighten it out or
cut o the bent portion before
loading it into the printer.
Is the print media deformed? Cut o the deformed part of
the print media and reinsert it.
Is the tube or plate dirty? Wipe o any dirt or dust with a
dry cloth. Also, do not use tubes
or plates that have oil or other
stains that cannot be wiped o .
Is there any load on the tube or
plate transport?
Place the printer and the print
media on the same table (or at
the same vertical position) so
that no load is applied to the
transport.
When using a tube reel, lighten
the load.
No error message will be
displayed even if the print data
extends beyond the width of
the print media.
Refer to
"Maximum Printable
Character Size (P.43)"
for information on setting the
character size and frame. It is
recommended to refer to the
preview to make sure that no
characters are missing before
printing.
Try to  ne-tune the print
position in the vertical direction.
