13.Removethehydrostaticdrivelter(2).Turnthelter
counterclockwisetoremove.
14.Cleanthecontactsurfaceonthelterhead.Make
surethatalldirtandgasketmaterialhasbeenre-
moved.
15.Applyathincoatofcleanoiltothehydrostaticoilgas-
ketandthreads.

16.Installandtightenthehydrostaticlterrmlytothel-
terheadbyhand.Donotusealterwrenchtotighten
thelters.

NOTICE:Cleanthereservoirsuctionscreensinconjunctionwiththisprocedure.
17.Fillthereservoirwithnewhydraulicoil.
18.Installthereservoirllercap.
19.Starttheengineandrunatapproximately1000RPM.
Checkforleakagearoundthelteranddrain.
20.Replaceallpanels,andcloseallaccessdoorsse-
curely.
21.Operatethecontrolsseveraltimestoremoveanyair
inthelines.
22.Placetheattachmentsontheground,andstopthe
engine.Checkthehydraulicoillevel.
23.Ifitisnecessarytotopoffwithmoreoil,makecertain
allpressureisremovedinthesystem,andremovethe
llcapslowlytoreleasepressureinthereservoir.
