Thisoptionalfeatureallowstheoperatortoturntheecon-
omyautoengineshutdownONorOFFalongwithsetting
theshutdownintervals(5–60min)inveminuteincre-
ments.Theengineandkeyswitchelectricpowerwillshut
downwhenthemachineisstopped,thetransmissionis
inneutral,andtheengineisatidle.Thescreenwilldis-
playengineshutdowninacountdownofseconds.This
allowstheoperatortocancelthisoperation.Itisdesigned
tosavefuelandmachinewearwhenthemachineisatan
idlingconditionforasetperiodoftime.
EngineProtectionAutoShutdown
Intheengineprotectionmode,ahigherlevelofsystem
protectionisoffered.Ifawarningoccurswhilethema-
chineismoving,theenginespeedwillreducetolowidle
(900RPM)toallowcontinuedmovement.Whenthema-
chinestops,theenginewillshutdown.Theprotection
systemactivatesifacriticalproblemoccurs.
