ONS 15454 ANSI Backplane Covers
If a backplane does not have an electrical interface assembly (EIA) panel installed, it should have two sheet
metal backplane covers (one on each side of the backplane). See the following figure. Each cover is held in
place with nine 6-32 x 3/8 inch Phillips screws.
