Enabling the .NET Framework 3.5 in the Windows Control Panel
1. Make sure you have a working internet connection.
2. Go to the Control Panel.
3. Click to select Programs and Features (Programs).
4. Click Turn Windows features on or off (in the menu on the left).
5. Click to select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) check box (the sub menu items are not
required).
