Initiating Power Conditions from the Keyboard

Initiate Hibernation.

NOTE: Hibernation cannot

be initiated when

computer is docked in a

docking station.

Press Fn

suspend button.

Power/suspend

light turns off.

Screen is blank.

System beeps

twice.

Exit Hibernation. Slide power

switch.

Power/suspend

light turns on.

Your work

returns to the

screen.

System beeps

once.

Stop restoration from

Hibernation.

Press

Fn+Ctrl+Break.

Restoration

halts.

Resume restoration from

Hibernation.

Slide power

switch.

Power/suspend

light turns on.

Your work

returns to the

screen.

System beeps

once.
