Computer Setup by clicking the Help button on a menu window or
a dialog box. To exit any Help window, click File

Using Computer Checkup (TEST)
Use Computer Checkup (TEST) to

Prepare for a call to Technical Support
■
Test for proper recognition and functioning of computer
components and devices.
The information generated by Computer Checkup can be
displayed, printed, and saved.
If you are preparing for a Technical Support call, do
the following:

As you run Computer Checkup, save the device list to a file.
■
As you run Computer Checkup, print or save the log of errors.
■
Complete your preparation for the Technical Support call by
running View System Information (INSPECT), described in
this chapter.
