16. D31 Rod Pos. of Zigzag: Left/ Right
The “ROD POS. OF Zigzag” indicates that the position of swing when M axis is
in origin. Setting of this parameter must be kept in line with mechanical position.

to confirm.
17. D39 Z Shift Control Angle: 0~180
When the rotating angle is larger than the set value, the Z axis will wing faster.
Press the key
to cancel a digit and to cancel all the digits. After
input, press the key
to finish setting.
18. D40 Adj Clamp Foot Limit: 0~250
The set value is added to the limit height of the clamp foot. Operation is same as
above.
19. D41 Adj Zigzag Rod Angle: 1~3
It is the starting angle of the rod, which indicates the relative position of the needle
bar and thread. “1” means the swing starts at an early angle; “2” means the swing
postpones certain angle; “3” indicates the swing postpones certain angle again to
start. Press the key
or in the right side of the screen for adjustment, and

to confirm.
