Devices
The Devices page lets you view system connections, trouble-
shoot hardware and reset D-Show system components.
To display the Devices tab:
■ Click Options > Devices.
On the D-Show system, you can use this page to update the
system when adding expansion options, or to view compo-
nent status after diagnostics or troubleshooting.
To reset D-Show system hardware components:
1 Put D-Show in Config mode.
2 Go to the Options page and click the Devices tab.
3 Right-click any of the following hardware components:
• Inputs section of the Main Unit
• ACS section of the Main Unit
• Outputs section of the Main Unit
• Sidecar
• Stage Rack
4 Choose Reset.
Simulating a D-Show Configuration with the
Standalone Software
With the D-Show Standalone software, you can use the De-
vices page to simulate a D-Show system of any size for pur-
poses of preparing shows. See “Simulating a D-Show Configu-
ration” on page 178.
Other D-Show Options
Busses
The Busses page lets you customize characteristics for the Aux,
Variable Group, Solo, and Main busses.
Auxiliaries & Variable Groups
These options let you designate bus link status, pick off
source, and stereo pan behavior.
Links When enabled, this option links the corresponding
mono Aux or Variable Group busses into bus pairs. Control
changes affect both mono Aux busses, and the Follows Chan-
nel Pan option becomes available.
Pickoff These options let you designate the pre-fader pickoff
point feeding each Aux or Variable Group bus. Choices in-
clude pre-EQ, pre-mute, and pre-fader (post-mute).
Follows Channel Pan Each channel can be panned indepen-
dently within each linked Aux or Variable Group bus pair, or
configured to follow the channel pan by enabling the Follows
Channel Pan option.
