18.3 iMeter 2 Replacement

Adhere to the two Warnings at the beginning of this section before attempting to remove
the meter.

Trip the emergency shear valve.

Run a sale to drain line and relieve pressure.

Power down the dispenser and submersible pump at the circuit breakers inside the building.

Place absorbent pads and a container under the filter funnel spout to catch fuel.

Remove filter and strainer to drain fuel.

Cut and remove the seal wires on the WIP/meter and remove seal pins.

Loosen (2) 5 mm socket head screws that secure the WIP to the meter, raise WIP up and set
aside on top of adjacent meter. (In most cases it is not necessary to disconnect the WIP cable.)

Place pads/container under the valve to catch fuel.

Push down on the name plate on top of the coil, then remove clip and name plate. (A)
