5.2.2 Needle change on 2-needle machines

1. Turn the handwheel until the needle bar (1) reaches the upper
end position.
2. Loosen the fastening screws (2) on both sides.
3. Pull each of the needles out downwards.
4. Insert new needles on both sides.
5. Important: Align the needles so that the grooves (3) face away
from each other. Each groove then faces the hook that belongs
to this needle.
6. Tighten the fastening screws (2) on both sides.
