4. Test programme
4.1 General
Performance testing was carried out with two complete and identical instruments with the se-
rial number
System 1: SN 12-1183 and
System 2: SN 13-0093.
During the test software version 2.09.0005 was implemented.
Performance testing consisted of a laboratory test to determine the performance characteris-
tics and a field test that lasted several months.
This report presents a heading for each test criterion along with the number and description
as stipulated in the respective standard [1. 2. 3. 4].
4.2 Laboratory test
The laboratory test was carried out with two identical Serinus 30 measuring systems with the
serial numbers SN: 12-1183 und SN: 13-0093. In accord with the guidelines [2, 3] the follow-
ing performance criteria were tested in the laboratory:
• Description of operating states
• General requirements
• Adjustment of the calibration line
• Short-term drift
• Repeatability standard deviation
• Sensitivity coefficient of the sample gas pressure
• Sensitivity coefficient of surrounding temperature
• Sensitivity coefficient of supply voltage
• Cross-sensitivities
• Response time
• Difference between sample and calibration port
Instrument readings were recorded using an external data logger.
Results obtained during the laboratory tests are summarised in section 6.
