Connect the cooling water hoses.
The hose connecons ma
y be unscrewed and removed to make use of the integrated G
1/8" threads.
Ensure that the water supply is constant and within the quality, temperature and ow
rate limits specied in Table: Water cooling block supply requirements on page 31.
NOTICE:
In the ev
ent of coolant failure, the pump must be allowed to cool down to ambient
temperature before restarngs.
NOTICE:
Condensaon may occur if a w
ater cooling block is used in high humidity
environments. Protect the pump and other equipment by considering the design of
the installaon.
Pipes in the water cooling circuit may become blocked if the cooling water contains too
much calcium carbonate or if it contains parcles that are too large. Corrosion of the
water cooling circuit may occur if there is too lile calcium carbonate and oxygen in the
water. Good quality drinking water is usually suitable. If in doubt, check the quality of
the cooling water supply and, if necessary, provide treatment and ltraon.
Either of the two push t connectors on the water cooler can be used for the water
supply or return connecons.
