Symptom
The controller LEDs do not ash for 0.5 seconds when system switched on on page 96
The pump does not rotate aer a parallel start command is supplied on page 96
The pump does not rotate aer a serial start command is sent on page 96
The pump does not respond in mul- drop mode on page 97
The green Normal LED does not light or the pump is not rotang at full speed or the pump fails whilst
running on page 97
Ulmate pressure cannot be reached on page 97
The pump is very noisy or there is excessive vibraon or both on page 98
No serial comms on page 98
Fail signal or standby signal not working on page 98
Yellow service LED is ashing a repeated sequence on page 99
The red alarm LED is on on page 99
The red alarm LED is ashing on page 99
Blue bearing LED is ashing a repeated sequence on page 99
Blue bearing LED is lit on page 99
Pump is not accelerang to full speed on page 99
Any other problems on page 99
Fault The controller LEDs do not ash for 0.5 sec

Cause The electrical supply has failed.
Remedy Ensure that the electrical supply is switched on and the fuses (and current liming
devices) ha
ve not been tripped.
Cause The pump rotor is spinning.
Remedy The LEDs may not ash if the pump is rot
ang.
Fault The pump does not rotate aer a parallel start command is supplied
Cause Check that the electricity supply is on and whether the fail output is acve.

emedy If there is a fail signal, check whether the red alarm LED is ashing. If it is, refer to
Flashing error codes on page 100. If power is supplied, there is no fail signal and the
rotor sll does not rotate then there is a fault with the pump.
Fault The pump does not rotate aer a serial st
art command is sent
Cause Check whether the pump returns a reply to the start command.
Remedy If there is no reply then perform the checks given under No serial comms
on page
98 otherwise perform the checks under The pump does not rotate aer a serial
start command is sent on page 96.
