Cannot execute while work queue
data is registered.
Cannot set the work queue since the
point data is registered to the work
queue.
Empty the work queue before setting.

Fieldbus slave. An error occurred
during I/O data transform.
The fieldbus slave board is broken or
the controller software is damaged.
Restore the controller firmware.
