Stamp operation
When the stamp solenoid is powered, the ferrite core moves in the direction. Since the ferrite
core serves as the pivot for the stamp drive lever, the lever rotates in the direction, causing
the linked stamp lever to move in the direction. Therefore, the stamp assembly attached to
the lever also moves in the direction and is pushed up against the upper paper guide, thus
stamping the paper. When the stamp solenoid goes off, the force of the stamp drive lever spring
returns the stamp to its original position.
Auto-cutter Assembly
The auto-cutter assembly consists of the transmission mechanism, sensor, and cutter. For easy
maintenance and paper removal, this assembly can be completely opened. For the sensor, see
auto-cutter sensor assembly on page 2-6.
