• polarity of the components (if relevant)
• completeness
• placement (flipped, placed on edge etc.)
• correct impressed in solder paste
• correct dispensing positions
• correct dot sizes and dispensing patterns
• correct dispensing result (no splashes etc.)
The results can be used to correct the process on the Paraquda.
Correct the Process
The corrections of the process are manyfold, depending on the result of the inspection. In most
cases expert knowledge is necessary to adjust parameters on the machine.
