2.3.7 Tray Area
Overview
The tray area is a defined range or field, where
trays or other kind of carriers can be placed on
the machine, which are not connect
ed to the
In a tray area, various and different trays can be
positioned. Trays are managed like feeders.
Tray areas have a name, an ID and also a
barcode. Therefore different tray areas can be
defined. Positioned trays are linked to the
curre
nt tray area and stored accordingly. Tray
areas can be defined on screen
System -
- Feeder.
There is the choice of three different sizes for the
tray area. Usually for Paraquda machines, the
medium size is chosen.
2.3.8 Tray Holder
Overview
Large components (i.e. integrated circuits) to be
placed on the boards are usually delivered in
static
-free trays.
The Tray Holder can carry a tray and can be fixed
anywhere within the tray area.
Usually it is fixed
on the PCB table magnetically.
