2.3.9 Tray Changer Q (TCQ)
Overview
The tray changer is a solution to manage
multiple matrix trays. It has a JEDEC matrix tray
capacity of 1
6 or 20, depending on the tray
height. The matrix trays are placed in a cassette
for a fast replenish of the tray changer.
The tray changer presents the matrix trays one
by one for picking the components. The whole
tray is presented within the production a
rea of
the machine (access to all components on the
single tray without tray changer activity).
The TCQ can be mounted at various positions on
the machine.
