Overview
The calibration station is the basic reference for
various module calibration. It is used for a fully
automated calibration of:
• Z axes of all ZT elements
• Top camera (focus, axes to camera etc.)
• Bottom camera (focus, axes to camera etc.)
• Toolchanger

Overview
The versatile station is the basic reference for
various module calibration. It is used for a fully
automated cali
bration of:
• Z axes of all Z elements
• Z axes of all ZT elements
• Top camera (focus, axes to camera etc.)
• Bottom camera (focus, axes to camera etc.)
• Toolchanger
• Laser
Furthermore the versatile station can contain
the following elements:
• CVU (Component Verification Unit), the unit
for electrical measurements
• Cleaning Station, to suck away
contamination on dispense tips
• Dispense Plate, for checking dispensed dots
and lines
