4.4.7 Pick position covered with cover tape
Possible cause: Cover tape is carried along
Pull back the tape to avoid wasting components and to avoid aftereffects like tape jam.
Check the claw for damages.
If the actions do not show any effect, set up another feeder with the component. Indicate
problematic feeder lane for an analysis by Essemtec.
4.4.8 Component get lost during movement
Possible cause: Insufficient vacuum
Clean the nozzle and if possible check the vacuum at the nozzle by means of a vacuum testing
instrument.
Possible cause: Movement speed not adequate
Try to change the movement speed (X, Y, Theta)
for the appropriate component.
Note:
Changing the movement speed has an
impact on the performance (CPH)!
