4.3.8 Handle Tray Changer Q (TCQ)
Manipulate Tray(s) and Cassettes
Trays and cassettes can be manipulated even a
tray is loaded to the productio
n area (pick
position) and the production is running. The
machine stops only if the tray should be
changed and the changer is blocked by the
manipulation (open door).

door can now be opened for all the
manipulations (e.g. change cassette, change
trays, fill up trays etc.). The cassette can be
changed in two ways, either from the top or
through the open door (see pictures).
Please be aware, the loaded tray at pick posi
tion
needs its previous slot in the cassette, keep it
empty.
Close the door after finishing. No further actions
are necessary.
