4.2 Stop and Shut Down the Machine
4.2.1 Regular Shut down
Shutting Down the Machine
If the production is still running, the regular
shutdown stops a running production
automatically.
Overview

if production is running).
Shutdown Windows
Note:
Wait until windows and the machine has
shut down completely.
Turn the main switch to
0 (OFF).
This shutdown procedure will halt the machine.
The main switch will switch off the elect
rical
power supplies. Power between inlet and main
switch is still alive. Compressed air is not
discontinued.
4.2.2 Emergency Stop
Actuating the Emergency Stop
In case of an emergen
cy, hit the red emergency
stop button.
Pressing the emergency stop button will
immediately stop the machine. It is a controlled
stoppage at which the supply of energy for the
motors remains to provide a definite stop. The
energy for the motors will be swi
tched off as
soon as all axes stopped. Electronic control
system, PC and monitor are still powered.
Compressed air is not discontinued.
