1.7.9 Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
Precautions against ESD must be taken to prevent damage to the particular machine or
devices or pr
oduction material.
Ensure that the operating environment is protected against ESD. Do not touch electronic
circuits whilst unpacking. Always use a grounded wrist strap whilst handling electronic
circuits.
1.8 A place for the Manual
The owner of the equipment is responsible for ensuring that this Startup & Safety Manual manual is
available all the time. As a general rule it is kept close to the equipment, visible and easily
accessible.
