2.3.4 PCB Table
Overview
In case of no conveyor is mounted the Printed
Circuit Boards (PCB) can be mounted
and
clamped manually on the PCB table. That means
changing PCB after fitting with components will
be done manually as well.
The PCB table carries also tray holders and other
elements for the production.

PCB Holder
The PCB holder is a dove tail system to clamp the
PCBs.
The PCB is usually placed and fixed in the center
of the front PCB holder, next to the bottom
vision. The back and right sides of the PCB are
held by moveable PCB holders.
The PCB holders are universal and do not need
any tooling to change from one PCB size to
another. All parts are fixed magnetically, which
allows a quick modification but strong
force
