4.3 Operate the Production

Prerequisites
The production setup is done (chapter 'Set up the Production' on page 4-44):
• Job is defined completely and exists
• Optimization done
• Components assigned to the feeders
• Media assigned to the dispenser axes
• Feeders installed on machine
• Setup checked
Job Structure
For the production a job has to be loaded. To create a new job demands the knowledge of recipe
and production request. A job consists of many information for the machine. The following page
provides an insight into the huge data pool of a P&P job. The subsequent page shows the
parameter interactions for a Dispense job.
